Here at U&P we are looking for temporary new homes sales negotiators to join our team in Doncaster. We work with a wide range of developers and can offer short and long term cover. The role is always very diverse, one day is never the same as the next! Typical working days would be 10am - 5pm and generally between Thursdays through to Mondays. 

Main Duties and experience

- Lead Chasing

- Meeting and Greeting

- Home Demos

- Liaise with potential purchasers

- Qualifying customers

- Weekly figures

- Loan working

- Contract chasing

- Sales negotiation 

Skills 

- You need to be experienced in the new homes field 

- Fantastic customer service skills

- Good telephone manor

- Ability to cope with change 

- Organised 

- Comfortable with different CRM's and databases. 

- Ability to build rapport with site and customers quickly

- Driving Licence and access to a car
