We are currently recruiting for a small developer seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their team as a Full-Time Sales Negotiator in East Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a small developer, contributing to the growth and success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting property viewings and showcasing the benefits of our developments.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential buyers.
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
Working Hours:
Salary:
- Up to £29,000 basic salary, dependent on experience.
Commission Structure:
- Attractive commission package in addition to the basic salary.
