Full-Time Sales Negotiator

We are currently recruiting for a small developer seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their team as a Full-Time Sales Negotiator in East Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a small developer, contributing to the growth and success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting property viewings and showcasing the benefits of our developments.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential buyers.
  • Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.

Working Hours:

  • Thursday to Monday

Salary:

  • Up to £29,000 basic salary, dependent on experience.

Commission Structure:

  • Attractive commission package in addition to the basic salary.
