Job Description

I am looking for an experienced full-time sales advisor for a developer based in Huddersfield Thursday through to Monday.

In this role you will be responsible for the day to day running of the sales office and arena. Working closely with the sales team, solicitors, and independent financial advisors to ensure your customers have a positive journey.  

It is essential the right person has experience within the new homes industry as well as being self-motivated, organised, target driven and IT literate. You will be expected to use CRM’s, have an excellent telephone manor and have a passion for delivering the highest standard of customer service.

Typical duties working on site include:

* Meet and greet the customers,
* Booking in and fulfilling appointments,
* Telephone calls, Lead chasing
* Plot progression/contract updates with customer, site and the sales management team.
* Keeping the sales arena clean, tidy and up to date with POS/brochures and current pricing.
