New Home Sales Advisor (North West - M6 Corridor)

Looking for a new opportunity? We may have the one for you! Our blue chip client is looking for new home sales advisor in the North West area. Floating role to start with, then once fully trained you will be given your own site. Providing outstanding customer service and the ability to sell new homes, this is a fantastic career opportunity with the room to grow into a senior position.

The Job:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all parties involved during the selling of new homes.
  • Maintain high standards of the company’s ethos.
  • Meet and greet potential buyers.
  • Have the ability to up sell on additional extra's.
  • Maintain accurate records using the clients in house (CRM) systems.
  • Producing reports for competitor analysis to send to management.
  • Taking reservation for new customers and following the sale through to completion.
  • Liaise with purchases, solicitors on a regular weekly basis.
  • Confident in new home sales and plot progression
Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Immaculately presented
  • Great organization skills, strong negotiation and closing sales /communication skills
  • Understanding of Microsoft applications and be computer literate.
  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Ability to work alone and with teams
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Able to work weekends
  • Must have a driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Flexible in day-to-day duties and hours worked
