New Home Sales Advisor (Bedford)

Looking or a new opportunity? We may have the one for you! Our Prestige client is looking for new home sales advisors in the Milton Keynes, Northampton, and Bedford Area to deliver outstanding customer service and the ability to sale their properties on developments round the area.

The Job:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all parties involved during the selling of new homes.
  • Maintain high standards of the company’s ethos.
  • Meet and greet potential buyers.
  • Have the ability to up sell on additional extra.
  • Maintain accurate records using the clients in house systems.
  • Producing reports for competitor analysis to send to management.
  • Taking reservation for new customers and following the sale through to completion.
  • Liaise with purchases, solicitors on a regular basis.
  • Confident in Sales Progression.

 

What they are looking for:

  •  A least 2 Years experienced in New Home Sales
  • Immaculately presented
  • Great organization skills, strong negotiation and closing sales /communication skills
  • Understanding of Microsoft applications and be computer literate.
  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Ability to work alone and with teams
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Able to work weekends
  • Must have a driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Flexible in day-to-day duties and hours worked

  • £26,000 Basic with an OTE of £55k a year!
