Customer Service Advisor - Temporary to Permanent

Located on the outskirts of Romsey - FREE PARKING available - £9.86 per hour along with the opportunity to earn monthly bonus.

Previous customer service experience is essential either face to face or telephone based along with confident IT skills and a passion for delivering a first class customer.

Duties involved:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers supporting them with any queries & resolving any issues in a prompt and timely manner
  • Inputting customer orders onto our clients CRM system
  • Advising the customers on production information

You will need to have:

  • You will need to have at least 6 months customer service background either face to face or telephone based
  • The ability to liaise with people at all levels
  • Fast accurate keyboard skills
  • Confident IT skills

Full training will be office based but then you have the opportunity to work remotely after you have completed your training.

Working hours are 40 hours - 5 days over 7 days - hours to be discussed in advance which will include working one day each weekend and one shift until around 8.00pm.
