Our client is one of the largest residential property development companies in the UK. With over 40 years of market presence the company is one of the market leaders in providing affordable properties with a wide range of additional products available. Due to recent business expansion they are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their well established and vibrant team on a development in the Devon area.

As a Sales Negotiator you will be selling family houses and supporting another Sales Executive in day to day sales duties on site. PLEASE NOTE my client is currently looking to staff brand new sites with excellent work longevity and offer top notch and tailor made training courses that will suit every level of experience. I am interested in speaking to driven sales professionals who enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Some of the key requirements include: new home sales experience, excellent customer service skills, the ability to work most weekends, strong IT skills, driving license.

Working for a prestigious and leading industry brand a high level of personal presentation is essential, as is experience working in a similar role.

Role Duties & Responsibilities
 1. Achieve and exceed sales targets
 2. Support the team by building the sales pipeline as well as liaising with solicitors and mortgage advisors
 3. Responding to queries vie email and over the phone
 4. Building the client database in the area
 5. Provide a professional, friendly, helpful, honest and efficient attitude is maintained at all times when dealing with the public. Face to face and over the telephone.

Skills & Qualifications required
 1. Valid driving licence
 2. Strong industry and product knowledge
3. Previous New Home Sales experience essential
 4. Good IT skills
 5. Excellent customer service and communication skills

As a Sales Executive you will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
