 New Homes Sales Administrator - Surrey
My Client is seeking a New Homes Sales Administrator to work in their busy HO in Surrey.
The role is to support the Sales & marketing Director and the sales team to ensure that legal progression, from reservation through to legal completion, is processed and managed effectively.
You will have experience selling off-plan residential units ideally having worked as a Sales Administrator; Sales Negotiator or Sales Progressor for a house builder or estate agent.  Alternatively, you will have come from an Estate Agency sales progression background.

Typical duties for this role will include:

- Progressing all new build sales in a timely manner from reservation to completion

- Liaising with customers; financial advisor's and solicitors

- Prepare weekly sales reports and assist the Sales Manager with sales forecasts

- Ensure purchaser's information is compliant and up to date

- Assist with any customer queries

Key requirements:

- The ideal candidate will have sales administration/ progression experience working in the property industry or a property related legal background.

- New Homes Sales background also considered

You will be very organised with a good eye for detail

- Be very customer service focused

- Possess excellent communication skills

- Good team player

- Current and Valid UK driving licence
