 New Homes Sales Adviser - Surrey

A fantastic opportunity is currently available for an experienced New Homes Sales Professional to join a leading New Homes Developer as an on site Sales Negotiator in the Surrey area.  Do not miss this opportunity!

Our Client has been building new homes for 50 years and is firmly established as a leading developer with a passion for not just building homes, but creating vibrant sustainable communities.

The Sales Negotiator position will be located in the Sales office the company has in Surrey.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Appointed to a region and based on a new home development site. You will have responsibility for the sales operation and associated administration on the development
  • Reporting to the Land and New Homes Manager, the negotiator would help to develop the business through selling new homes and assisting sales as necessary to a successful completion.
  • Providing a professional, friendly, helpful, honest and efficient attitude is maintained at all times when dealing with the public. Face to face and over the telephone.
  • Meeting and greeting
  • Showing the clients around show homes
  • Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone
  • Liaising with solicitors
  • Maintaining good relationships with clients following sales
  • Building the client base in this area
  • Reaching and exceeding sales targets set by the company
  • The site comprises of 53 units and will be sold over a period of three years.

    Person specification:

  • Proven experience within a New Homes/ Estate Agency environment would be preferable
  • Knowledge off the Help to Buy Scheme and proven experience of off plan sales would be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • An interest in sales process
  • Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills
  • Preference is that applicants are CSCS card holders

In return, our client offers for the Sales negotiator an attractive package; Basic salary £28000 to £30000 with the opportunity to benefit from an excellent commission structure adding on another £20000 pa (uncapped). Working hours are 9.30am till 5.30pm. Working days will be Thursday to Monday and one weekend off a month is negotiable.
