New Homes Negotiator -Tunbridge Wells

Our Client's first homes were typically large executive style properties, but today their portfolio reflects the aspirations of a much broader range of home buyers, encompassing medium to large-scale developments in towns, cities and the countryside, mixed use schemes, riverside apartments, refurbished historic buildings and urban loft spaces. The company has also gained considerable experience in creating sustainable communities within complex regeneration schemes and today all building takes place on brownfield sites.
Our Client is seeking an EXPERIENCED New Homes Sales Adviser for a site in West Kent.
They offer a very competitive package with basic £25k and OTE £35k/£40k plus pension. This is a 5 day a week position which will include weekends (one weekend off in four). 23 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing at 1 day PA upto 28 days plus bank holidays. Other benefits include uniform and pension.
Our Client is looking for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service. You should also be enthusiastic, passionate and empathetic.
Holders of a CSCS card and 1st Aid is a bonus but not essential.
