A growing Developer who already have a good reputation and brand in the sector are looking to recruit an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator for a busy site in Chesterfield.
This Developer are rightly proud of there staff retention - which is a good indicator they are a good company to work. It is normal that when one site finishes they are able to move staff onto another site within reasonable commute.
One reason for being able to offer longevity of work is due to the company ensuring the Sales staff live in good areas - in terms of this site, but also with future sights in mind.
As a New Homes Sales Negotiator you will have relevant New Homes experience. This can be from any New Homes background (eg Volume / Bespoke) - but trainee will not be considered for this role. However for this particular role it would be advantageous if you do have a number of years experience with high end / bespoke projects.
This Developer is well know in the market for quality 4-5 bedroom detached houses, with an average sales price of £240K - but go up to £700K.
You will be able to demonstrate a good technical knowledge as well as being knowledgeable from a point of view of reading drawings.
Working week Thursday - Monday 10.30am - 5.30pm
Basic Salary of £19,380 with an OTE of £35-40K perfectly achievable. (Some staff achieve considerably higher than this)
Commission made up of a number of targets / bonuses.
25 days Annual Leave + Bank holidays.
